We are looking for an HR Generalist with hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and proficiency in
Advanced Excel
, as the role requires regular HR reporting and data management.
Handle end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and closure MIS using Excel.
2. Performance Management
Support PMS cycle activities: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
Follow up with managers for timely completion and documentation.
3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute internal engagement activities.
Conduct surveys and prepare engagement reports.
4. HR Operations
Support L&D, onboarding, induction, exit formalities, and HR MIS & reports.
Required Skills
3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Strong proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, MIS Reporting).
Knowledge of recruitment tools, HRIS, and basic HR operations.
Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and coordinate with stakeholders.
