Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Generalist

to handle complete HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and policy implementation. The role requires strong communication skills, HR process knowledge, and the ability to manage HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. Conduct inductions and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries. Support in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace issue management. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and cultural events.

3. Attendance, Leave & HR Operations



Manage attendance, leaves, and HRMS data updates. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance team. Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.

4. Compliance, POSH & Policy Management



Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, and labor laws. Support implementation, awareness, and documentation of the

POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policy

. Assist in forming/maintaining the Internal Committee (IC) as per POSH Act requirements. Conduct periodic POSH awareness sessions and training coordination. Draft, update, and implement HR policies: Leave policy Attendance policy Code of conduct Disciplinary policy Workplace ethics & grievance policy Travel and reimbursement policy HR handbook updates

5. Performance Management



Support performance appraisal cycles (mid-year & annual). Coordinate goal-setting, probation reviews, and performance documentation. Track KPIs and maintain appraisal records.

Required Skills:



Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance. Knowledge of

POSH regulations

and HR policy drafting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work with confidentiality. Proficiency with MS Office, HRMS/HRIS tools.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

1-5 years of experience

as an HR Generalist or in core HR functions.
