to manage end-to-end HR operations within our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
payroll management, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and generalist HR functions
, while supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
employee life cycle
from onboarding to exit.
Oversee
monthly payroll processing
, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain and update
employee records
, HRMS, and compliance documentation.
Conduct
joining formalities
, issue offer/appointment letters, and coordinate background verification.
Handle
statutory compliance
- PF, ESI, gratuity, and other HR-related filings.
Support the
recruitment team
in screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates when required.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Assist in
policy implementation, performance management
, and grievance handling.
Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
2-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in a
recruitment or staffing company
.
Proficiency in
payroll software, MS Excel, and HRMS tools
.
Good understanding of
labour laws and statutory compliances
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
