Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions. Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage smooth onboarding.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and time-off records accurately.
Payroll Management:
Coordinate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary, deductions, and reimbursements in coordination with the accounts team or payroll software.Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable regulations.Maintain and update employee databases, personal files, and records.Support employee engagement activities and handle basic employee grievances.
