3. Employee Records and Documentation
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
Ensure timely collection of documents (ID, address proof, etc.).
Assist in preparing offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
4. Attendance and Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with payroll team for inputs.
5. HR Operations
Support in drafting HR policies and SOPs.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
Assist with internal communications and notices.
6. Compliance and Policy Adherence
Assist in ensuring HR processes follow labor laws and internal policies.
Support documentation required for audits.
7. Grievance Handling (Initial Level)
Be a point of contact for employee queries and escalate as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
8. Performance Management Support
Help gather data for performance appraisals.
Coordinate with managers for review timelines and documentation.
