Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end

Payroll Processing

- accuracy, disbursement & reconciliations

Statutory Compliance

- PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act
? Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and compliance documentation
? Support onboarding, exit formalities, and HR reporting
? Drive employee discipline and engagement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,254.18 - ₹39,646.09 per month
