Assist in sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
Post jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment portals.
Maintain recruitment trackers and coordinate offer/onboarding processes.
Assist in employee engagement activities, surveys, team events, internal communications, grievance handling, and performance cycle coordination.
D. Office Administration
Coordinate vendor management, facility operations, travel/event arrangements, and IT asset allocation with relevant teams.
E. Labour Law Compliance
PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishments Act compliance Filings, audits, and statutory filings.
Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
F. Exit Management
Manage resignation acknowledgement, notice period tracking, asset recovery, exit interviews, F&F coordination, and relieving documents.
G. HRIS/HRMS & Reporting
Maintain HRMS data accuracy and prepare weekly/monthly dashboards (headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment, compliance tracker).
2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
4-5 years of HR generalist/HR operations experience (IT/Tech preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and Hyderabad/Telangana statutory requirements.
Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
