The Offshore Human Resources Generalist provides administrative and analytical support to the Corporate and Hospital Human Resources teams across the KPC Health System. This role ensures accurate HR data management, compliance documentation, and timely processing of employee information within HR systems. The Offshore HR Generalist acts as a key support resource for onshore HR partners--helping maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data & Systems Management
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data integrity across all facilities.
Process personnel actions including new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
Maintain accurate job titles, departments, and reporting structures within HR systems.
Support position control tracking and job code alignment.
Prepare and validate employee data reports for audits and leadership review.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Track open requisitions and candidate flow reports for each hospital.
Support background checks, offer letter templates, and onboarding documentation.
Update candidate disposition statuses and communicate with onshore recruiters.
Schedule interviews and orientation sessions as directed by onshore HR teams.
Compliance & Documentation
Conduct regular digital personnel file audits for completeness and compliance.
Track and document license, certification, and mandatory training renewals.
Maintain HR compliance spreadsheets (I-9, code of conduct, policy acknowledgments).
Generate monthly compliance and audit summaries for Corporate HR and hospital HR teams.
Employee Data Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards (turnover, headcount, new hires, terminations, etc.).
Assist with HR metrics tracking for corporate and hospital performance indicators.
Support preparation of HR presentations and quarterly data summaries.
Employee & Manager Support (Indirect)
Log HR inquiries or cases received via shared mailbox or HR Hotline.
Route cases to the appropriate onshore HR representative.
Maintain the HR support log, tracking completion and response times.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with Corporate HR Operations & Systems Manager and onshore HR teams.
Participate in regular virtual check-ins, ensuring alignment and consistent practices across hospitals.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all KPC policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HRIS support.
Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management, and documentation standards.
Experience working with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in a shared services or remote support model preferred.
