Overview




We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join us and to be based ideally in Hyderabad (preferred location), Bangalore or Noida. In this role, you will partner with and build relationships across the HR function to enable a One Microsoft approach to our employee experiences (pan-India role).

We're looking for someone who enjoys working across the ecosystem to drive continuous improvement and program management. You will have strong partnership and collaboration skills to partner across the entire HR function. You will lead, manage, and drive clarity for ensuring we are maintaining a contemporary knowledge of local laws, regulations, standards, and emerging trends that may affect HR policies and execution of these.

Qualifications



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology or related field AND 7+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies. +

OR

equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in employee relations and HR Compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology or related field. Preferably 10+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies.

Responsibilities



Employee Experience / Engagement:

Develops and leads strategies to enhance engagement and workplace positivity through programs, ensuring fair policies, training, perks, and optimal investment in employee experiences.

Leadership and Talent:

Translates business strategies into people priorities with a focus on leadership team effectiveness, talent management, and diversity initiatives, to align with business goals.

Change Design & Orchestration:

Leads change initiatives by identifying needs, developing plans, and collaborating with leaders to implement changes.

Organizational Design & Diagnostics:

Analyzes HR data and organizational culture to provide strategic recommendations and drive cultural change initiatives.

Statutory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, audit & reporting requirements by collaboration and governance with partners and statutory bodies.

Employee Relations:

Advise HR partners on labour laws & compliance in the context of employee relation matters.

Regulatory Reporting:

Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and oversight of third-party vendor compliance.
