to join our plant-based team in Madhupur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
This role requires a

due to the nature of the shift-based workforce and on-ground HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and oversee onboarding formalities.
Payroll & Compliance:
Ensure accurate payroll processing and timely disbursement.
Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and overtime.
Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee database and HR records.
Oversee leave management, shift scheduling, and time office functions.
Manage employee grievances and escalate as required.
Employee Engagement:
Organize welfare and engagement programs for factory staff.
Ensure workplace discipline and adherence to company policies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare HR MIS reports, attrition data, and compliance reports.
Maintain HR documents as per audit requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience in a
manufacturing/industrial setup
.
Strong understanding of labor laws, factory rules, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be willing to work from
Madhupur (Hyderabad)
full-time.
