Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling talent acquisition, streamlining recruitment procedures, and managing core HR generalist activities to support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Use various channels (job portals, social media, internal database) to source suitable candidates.

Conduct preliminary screening and schedule interviews.

Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

Onboarding & Induction:

Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Conduct induction programs and help new employees assimilate into the company culture.

HR Generalist Activities:

Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and documentation.

Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Support in drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and HR practices.

Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
