HR Generalist - Training & Development to collaborate closely with leadership and drive a positive, high-performance culture. This role is perfect for HR professionals with

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational needs.
Lead initiatives around
performance management, learning & development, and career growth
.
Enhance employee engagement through recognition programs and culture-driven activities.
Develop, implement, and refine
HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
.
Track, analyze, and present key
HR metrics
(attrition, performance, engagement) to leadership.
Manage the
end-to-end employee lifecycle
from onboarding to exit.
Ensure compliance with
labor laws and internal HR policies
.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
2-4 years of experience in an
HR Generalist or HRBP role
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
Hands-on experience in
policy creation, process improvements, and HR analytics
.
Proficiency in
Excel, HRMS platforms, and HR reporting
