This role plays a key part in creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business goals.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and workforce planning.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
Support training, engagement, and company culture initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
Proven experience in policy development and organizational development.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
