Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
Manage HR operations, employee records, documentation, and HRMIS
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
(PF, ESIC, etc.)
Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling
Manage and lead the HR team
, providing guidance and support
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
Conduct training, development sessions, and exit formalities
Experience:
3-4 Years , package range : 3.5 to 5.5 LPA
Qualification:
B Com UG (MBA in HR preferred)
Skills:
Good communication, MS Excel, HR operations knowledge
Salary:
As per experience and interview performance.
