to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, training support, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a people-first approach, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Prepare job descriptions and post openings on recruitment platforms.
Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Benefits
Maintain and monitor attendance, leaves, LOP, NPD, and OT details.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (ESI, PF, advance, incentive, bonus entries).
Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
3. Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Promote positive work culture and maintain discipline.
Conduct regular HR interactions and support employee engagement activities.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs across departments.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
Ensure HR policies, leave policies, and company rules are followed.
Support statutory compliance: ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act.
Maintain HR documents, letters, and legally required records.
6. Performance Management
Coordinate quarterly/annual performance reviews.
Assist managers in goal setting and KPI tracking.
Maintain evaluation records and follow-up actions.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication (English & Tamil).
Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll basics, and compliance.
Problem-solving, multitasking, and people-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist.
Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage.
