Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support
end-to-end HR operations
, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Assist in
recruitment activities
-- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
Maintain
HR records
and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
Support
employee engagement initiatives
and internal communications.
Ensure
HR policy compliance
and assist in implementing HR processes.
Handle
exit formalities
and maintain offboarding documentation.
Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
