Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Handle smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
Maintain a positive and transparent work culture through communication and trust-building initiatives.
3. Performance Management
Support goal setting, appraisal processes, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with department heads to track employee progress and address performance issues.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
