About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and people-focused

HR Generalist

to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our employees through various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee engagement, HR operations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for various departments.

Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.

Handle smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.

Maintain a positive and transparent work culture through communication and trust-building initiatives.

3. Performance Management



Support goal setting, appraisal processes, and performance reviews.

Coordinate with department heads to track employee progress and address performance issues.

4. HR Operations & Compliance



Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

Manage exit formalities, F&F settlements, and employee separation documentation.

5. Policy & Process Implementation



Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Ensure all HR practices are aligned with company culture and legal standards.

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.

5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills



Experience in a

BPO / Healthcare / ITES

environment.

Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Experience in

employee retention and engagement strategy

.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
