We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Coordinator who wants to be part of our start-up journey and contribute to the company's growth story.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support training, development, and performance review processes.
Prepare and update HR reports, documentation, and compliance files.
Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.
Ensure team coordination and positive workplace culture.
Ideal Candidate
MBA / MSW in HR with 0 to 3 years of experience.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Has a start-up mindset - willing to take ownership, multitask, and grow fast.
A team player who can adapt quickly to challenges.
Preferably from Erode or nearby districts.
