Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Partner with managers to understand team needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Payroll & Compensation Management:
Handle payroll processing, salary administration, and ensure accurate benefits management. Assist in structuring compensation packages and bonus plans.
Employee Engagement:
Develop programs to improve morale and retention, including recognition initiatives, events, and engagement surveys. Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
Talent & Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and career development initiatives. Work with managers on identifying skill gaps and training opportunities.
Grievance & Conflict Management:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns. Mediate conflicts, provide guidance, and ensure fair resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
Workforce Planning & Management:
Assist in headcount planning, resource allocation, and succession planning. Monitor workforce metrics to optimize productivity.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records, HR policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations. Provide guidance to managers on HR policies.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare HR reports, track key metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
