Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience in talent pool management, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
This role also involves coordinating training and development schedules, ensuring effective policy implementation, driving employee engagement initiatives and executing online reputation management initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing HR activities in a tech-focused environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Pool Handling:
Manage and coordinate talent pool activities, ensuring alignment with the organization's recruitment needs.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities in coordination with the management team.
Training & Development Coordination:
Collaborate with tech VLs and the HR Manager to coordinate the monthly training schedule and ensure its smooth execution.
HR Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to HR policies and practices across all teams, addressing any concerns that may arise.
Operational Tasks:
Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks related to employee welfare, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
People Management:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle people-related issues effectively.
HR Policy Knowledge:
Familiarity with HR policies and best practices in an IT environment.
Employee Engagement:
Ability to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Experience in Tech/IT Industry:
Previous experience working in an IT company is preferred.
Operational Efficiency:
Ability to manage day-to-day operational HR tasks with minimal supervision.
AI Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with ChatGPT and related AI tools to improve HR processes and communication.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS and other HR tools.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
