Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, policies, and grievance handling.
Support payroll by managing attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Assist in performance management, training, and career development programs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS for accurate data management.
Coordinate exit processes including exit interviews and F&F settlements.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in retail/interior/furnishing industry).
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
