Position: HR Generalist

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Generalist HR role

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time (Female candidates are preferred for this position)

Key Responsibilities -



1 - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to conducting initial interviews and preparing offer letters.

2 - Compensation and Benefits: Support the end-to-end payroll process, including data collation, validation, and working with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursal. Assist with other compensation and benefits-related activities.

3 - Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees, effectively addressing and resolving employee grievances, and fostering a supportive and positive work environment.

4 - HR Operations: Handle core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and the preparation of HR-related documentation and letters.

5 - Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and cultural initiatives to boost morale and a positive company culture.

6 - HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, assisting with routine audits and compliance checks.

Requirements -



1- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 - Minimum of 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in a Generalist HR role.

3 - Proven ability to handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally.

4 - Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.

5 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

6 - Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
