We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role covers the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and HR compliance while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to ensure smooth hiring and integration of employees.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Support employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies and HR reporting for management.
Source candidates via job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), social media and networking.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: ?15,718.90 - ?22,473.31 per month
