Key Responsibilities:
Manage the

to ensure smooth induction for new hires.
Monitor daily
attendance

Generate HR reports

Google Sheets

end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out.
Complete
exit formalities
and ensure a smooth off boarding process.
Maintain and update employee data using
HRMS

Ensure clear and professional communication in

Conduct employee
training sessions
and deliver engaging presentations.
Work on multiple HR tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with strong

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in core HR operations.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
