We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
who will support the overall HR function, including
generalist responsibilities, supporting payroll processing and basic recruitment coordination
. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations and have a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
HR generalist tasks
such as onboarding, documentation, employee record maintenance, and exit formalities
Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance
Support
employee engagement
initiatives and assist in maintaining a healthy work culture
Supporting
end-to-end payroll processing
including attendance tracking, salary inputs, and statutory compliance
Maintain and update internal HR systems, employee databases, and monthly reports
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and support
Assist in
basic recruitment activities
such as sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates
Coordinate performance review processes and support appraisal documentation.
Requirements:

Must know Hindi Language
