Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS systems.
Administer leave and attendance tracking, and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
Provide support in payroll preparation by sharing relevant employee data (e.g., attendance, leaves,).
Organize employee engagement activities and support learning and development initiatives.
Handle performance appraisal documentation and support the evaluation process.
Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Oversee the exit process including resignation handling, clearance coordination, exit interviews, and issuance of relieving documents. Analyze exit trends and support retention strategies.
