Job Title: Plant HR Executive (Compliance)



Department: Human Resources


Location: Sonipat (Factory / Plant)


Reporting To: Plant Head / Corporate HR (dotted line)


Working Days: Mon to Sat



Working Hours:

10:00 Am to 6:30 pm Industry: Manufacturing

Job Purpose



To manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant, ensuring smooth workforce management, statutory compliance, discipline, attendance, and employee coordination to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Scope of Role (Plant-Only)



? Shop-floor employees
? Contract & permanent manpower
? Plant attendance, compliance & discipline
? No corporate HR policy drafting
? No HO recruitment strategy or payroll finalization

Key Responsibilities



1. Manpower & Shop-Floor HR



Coordinate daily manpower availability with department heads.

Handle joining, exit formalities, and employee induction at plant.

Coordinate with contractors for contract labour deployment.

2. Attendance, Shift & Leave Management



Monitor attendance, shifts, weekly offs, overtime, and leaves.

Maintain muster rolls and shift records.

Share verified attendance data with payroll team.

3. Statutory & Compliance (Plant Level)



Ensure compliance under Factory Act, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, CLRA.

Maintain statutory registers, notices, and records at plant.

Support inspections, audits, and labor authority visits.

4. Contract Labour Management



Verify contractor licenses, labor records, and wage compliance.

Ensure statutory payments (PF, ESI) by contractors.

Maintain contractor manpower and compliance files.

5. Discipline & Employee Relations



Maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Handle grievances, absenteeism, and misconduct cases.

Coordinate domestic enquiries and warning letters as per guidance.

6. Employee Welfare & Safety Support



Coordinate canteen, transport, uniforms, PPE, and welfare facilities.

Support safety team for training, toolbox talks, and safety records.

Ensure statutory safety training and induction compliance.

7. HR Records & Reporting



Maintain employee personal files and plant HR documentation.

Prepare daily / monthly HR MIS:

o Manpower status

o Attendance & absenteeism

o Attrition

Share reports with Corporate HR.

Key Skills Required



Strong understanding of plant HR operations

Knowledge of labor laws applicable to factories

Ability to handle shop-floor workforce independently

Good coordination and documentation skills

Qualification & Experience



Education: Graduate / MBA / MSW (HR preferred)

Experience:



o 2 to 3 years in plant HR / factory HR role

KPIs (Plant HR Focused)



Daily manpower availability

Zero statutory non-compliance at plant

Attendance & payroll data accuracy

Grievance resolution turnaround time

Discipline & absenteeism control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
