Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee records and manage HR software (HRMS)
Track attendance, leaves, and support payroll processing
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and labor laws
Prepare HR letters and reports for internal use and audits
Plan employee engagement activities and events
Support performance reviews and maintain related data
Address employee queries and provide HR support
Requirements:
3 - 5 years of HR experience in Generalist role.
Good knowledge of HR operations and compliance
Strong communication and people skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
