Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

HR Generalist

to manage

end-to-end HR operations

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end HR operations

including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and employee documentation Manage

recruitment coordination

: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, offer rollout, and joining formalities Oversee

employee lifecycle management

and maintain accurate HR records and HRMS data Implement and manage

HR policies, procedures, and SOPs

Handle

payroll inputs

, attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll vendors/finance Ensure compliance with

labor laws and statutory requirements

(PF, ESI, PT, CL, SL, etc.) Manage

performance management processes

(appraisals, goal setting, reviews) Address

employee relations

, grievances, and engagement initiatives Support

HR audits

, reports, MIS, and compliance documentation Assist in

learning & development

and training coordination Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

4-6 years of experience

in HR Generalist / HR Operations role Strong understanding of

HR operations and Indian labor laws

Hands-on experience with

HRMS and payroll coordination

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Immediate joiners preferred
