Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendors
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
Handle offer negotiations and candidate closure
Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS
HR Generalist Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and employee documentation
Support employee lifecycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit)
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
Assist in performance management processes
Handle employee engagement activities and HR communications
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
