• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate employee orientations and training programs
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain HRIS database and ensure data accuracy
