We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter/HR Generalist who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions and drive strong recruitment outcomes. The ideal candidate should have solid experience across hiring, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and overall people management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and competencies.
Use various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other tools for active & passive hiring.
HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, attendance & leave management.
Ensure timely preparation of HR reports & dashboards.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
Design, plan & execute employee engagement activities.
Support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Assist in creating and revising HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Coordinate with labour law consultants and ensure documentation accuracy.
Learning & Development (Optional Advantage)
Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies & HR best practices.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with MS Office, HRMS tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong analytical, organisational & problem-solving abilities.
