. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and effective coordination between management and employees at the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
and manpower planning for the plant.
Manage
employee onboarding, induction, and orientation
programs.
Drive
employee relations
, resolve grievances, and maintain workplace harmony.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws and statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
Coordinate
training & development
programs to upskill plant employees.
Implement and monitor
HR policies, systems, and processes
at the factory level.
Manage
time office, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records
.
Drive
employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives
at the plant.
Act as the
single point of contact (SPOC)
for all HR and administrative requirements of the factory.
Prepare and share periodic
HR reports
with management.
Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years in HR Generalist / Plant HR role.
Strong understanding of
labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR operations
.
Ability to manage
HR function independently
with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Languages:
English, Hindi, and local language (mandatory for effective communication with employees).
