Responsibilities
:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
Support performance appraisal and training initiatives.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee records.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a core HR role
