Position Overview
We are seeking an
exceptional HR Generalist
with
MBA in HR
qualification and
proven experience

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Strategically communicate with
universities and talent pools
to acquire top candidates, focusing on fresh talent pipelines.
Training Coordination:
Coordinate with universities to manage the training unit and ensure effective skill-building programs.
Daily HR Operations:
Manage
attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement
while ensuring company policies are upheld.
Reporting to Management:
Provide
daily HR status reports
and insights to the management team.
Employee Relations:
Address queries, provide solutions, and ensure smooth HR processes across departments.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement:
Ensure that HR operations meet organizational standards and adhere to compliance regulations.
Background Verification:
Conduct
strict 3-company verification
to ensure candidate authenticity.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance tracking, review processes, and providing feedback to ensure productivity.
Maintaining Company Standards:
Ensure high levels of professionalism and integrity in all HR operations.
Who Should Apply?
MBA in HR (Mandatory)
from a recognized university.
2-4 years of proven HR experience
in corporate environments.
Experience in University Collaboration
for talent acquisition and training coordination.
Strong skills in
reporting, people management, and communication

Ability to
