Key Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and incentives
Calculate salaries, deductions, arrears, and reimbursements
Generate payslips and payroll reports
Handle payroll audits and reconciliations
Statutory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws
Prepare and file monthly/annual statutory returns
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities
Maintain compliance records and documentation
HR Operations
Maintain employee master data and HR records
Support onboarding, exits, and final settlements (F&F)
Address employee payroll-related queries
Assist in performance appraisal and increment processing
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
Prepare MIS reports related to payroll and HR metrics
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?11,907.47 - ?25,000.00 per month
