Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Source and screen potential candidates across various platforms
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders
Onboarding:
Facilitate smooth joining processes for new employees
Ensure all documentation and systems access are in place
Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate monthly payroll data and leave tracking
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) in coordination with finance/vendors
Process Management:
Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
Drive HR operational excellence and automation wherever possible
Employee Engagement:
Organize virtual engagement initiatives and team-building activities
Regularly collect and analyze employee feedback to drive improvements
Employee Grievance & Redressal:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
Ensure timely and fair resolution of issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of HR experience preferred (internship experience will also be considered)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
Preferred to be from Mumbai-based or open to travel for occasional team meetups
