Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities and manage underperformance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.
Support career pathing and succession planning initiatives.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Skills
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirement
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (HR certifications)
Experience
: 3-5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent.
