We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

HR Generalist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company culture thrives, employees are engaged, and policies are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities and manage underperformance. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees. Support career pathing and succession planning initiatives. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

Skills

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Requirement

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (HR certifications)

Experience

: 3-5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
