About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement and training initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience as HR Executive/Generalist.
Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
