JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a coveted position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, Delhi.

Exposure to the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ability to address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Basic knowledge of payroll processing and HR operational tasks.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Any graduate in Human Resources or related field (MBA is preferred)
Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR (Jewellery Industry Exposure is a plus)

• Exposure of full recruitment cycle

• Addressing employee grievances

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Basic knowledge of payroll process

• Good communication in English

• MBA in HR is plus

• Good knowledge with Excel

• Positive & Self-Motivated
