Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.
Track attendance, leave, and prepare salary details.
Conduct training, orientation, and performance reviews.
Maintain employee relations and handle grievances.
Support management in HR policies and daily operations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
Good communication and people-handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
