Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in HR.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with 4 to 6 years of experience
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Handle Joining/Induction and exit formalities
- Track daily attendance of the entire team and update
- Salary preparation and posting in tally
- Check daily mails, register and reply them
- Customer compliances to be submitted on timely basis
- Attend HR calls, register them and reply accordingly
