Handling entire full Recruitment cycle of an employee from Recruitment/selection till exit.5. l Handling selection procedure. Design human resource plan according to project needs and recruitment forecast.6. Orientation of New Recruitment's , Joining Formalities (Issuing Appointment letters, Relieving Letters) Employee Final Settlement processing & Exit interviews.7.
