Role Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented

HR Generalist

to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves handling the full employee life cycle, strong hiring and recruitment skills, ensuring HR policies are followed, and supporting employees and management on HR-related matters.

Talent Acquisition

:

Talent Sourcing

: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening

: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.

Interview Coordination

: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process for both parties.

Candidate Assessment

: Assess candidates for their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization.

Offer Management

: Assist in the negotiation and presentation of job offers to select candidates.

Reporting

: Generate recruitment reports and metrics for management, providing insights into the effectiveness of the hiring process.

Collaboration

: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Preboarding

: Machine Requisition & space allocation, Intimation- IT-HOD-Production-Core-Admin, Employee file Generation & Handing over to the department.

Talent Management

Onboarding- New Joined Formalities - Induction - Collection of documents - ESS account/biometric - Department Intro - Training - Database management, NDA, Offer letter.

Employee file - Resume-Interview, KYC, Educational. The previous company documents, Background check, Appraisal including letter, Any other, Checklist, Employee details, Proof of Verification, Accessibility & Access policy

Drafting policies and processes for effective operations.

General Administration:

Handling Leave Management and Attendance system, monthly salary advice, Leave Provisions, Leave Encashment

Extending administrative support for existing and new projects.

Furnishing reports and records to top management for expediting their decision-making procedure.

Administer matters pertaining to Safety, Security, Hygiene, and Environment Management, and supervise other basic facilities in the organization.

Ensuring smooth operations at all times & maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing & modifying the policies & procedures

Others

Training in-house team.

Growth Plan & Training

Suggestions - Grievance - Counselling

Employee engagement activities

Provide admin and office support to the departments.

Rewards & Recognition and HR functions (pay & benefits)

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven work experience of 3-4 years as an HR cum Recruiter or relevant role. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Thorough knowledge of employment and company laws. Excellent organizational & leadership skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills, Creativity and organized. A bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field.
