Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT).
Coordinate payroll, handle statutory documentation, and ensure timely benefit payments.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring employee compliance.
Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
