Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and program-driven HR Generalist to independently manage a balanced role involving 40% recruitment and 60% HR generalist responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening people processes, building a positive workplace culture, and acting as a trusted partner to employees and business stakeholders. This position requires strong execution skills, creativity, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment (40%)



Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement. Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth joining experience for new hires.

HR Generalist Responsibilities (60%)



Manage the complete employee lifecycle including joining, confirmation, engagement, and exit processes. Implement and execute HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives. Drive employee engagement activities, cultural initiatives, and office events. Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and coordination. Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HR MIS reports. Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles. Facilitate internal communication and ensure alignment across teams. Build strong rapport and trust with employees across all levels of the organization. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and basic statutory requirements.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR with exposure to both recruitment and HR generalist functions. Experience in independently managing HR operations and recruitment cycles.

Technical & Functional Skills:



Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations. Exposure to HRMS / HR software will be an added advantage. Prior exposure to Organizational Development (OD) programs will be preferred. Sound understanding of KRA and KPI frameworks, including aligning individual performance goals with organizational objectives.
