to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The role requires strong hands-on experience in HRMS management, employee relations, compliance, and coordination with plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & HRMS:
Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle management
Handle day-to-day HR activities using
ZingHR HRMS software
, including attendance, leave, and employee data management
Ensure accuracy of HR records, reports, and MIS
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Handle manpower planning in coordination with plant and department heads
Execute end-to-end recruitment for plant and staff positions
Manage joining formalities, induction programs, and documentation
Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and statutory inputs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
Support audits and inspections related to HR and compliance
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
Maintain healthy industrial relations at the manufacturing unit
Performance Management & Policy Implementation:
Support performance appraisal and goal-setting processes
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
Assist management in HR strategy execution at the plant level
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
in
FMCG / Manufacturing industry
Hands-on experience with ZingHR HRMS is mandatory
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and plant HR functions
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Education:
MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹40,000 - ?50,000 per month (based on experience)
