Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and skilled roles and supporting core HR operations. The role focuses on talent sourcing, onboarding, and day-to-day HR generalist activities to support company operations.

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, supervisors, technicians, operators, and production staff. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus hiring, and social media. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments. Manage onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction. Coordinate HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs. Support background verification, statutory compliance, and labor law adherence. Act as HR point of contact for employees and supervisors. Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and HR MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Strong understanding of technical and skilled roles. Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
