Acros Ethnic is looking for a confident and experienced
HR Generalist
who has practical exposure to core HR functions across multiple HR domains. This role is ideal for a professional who understands end-to-end HR operations and can independently handle day-to-day HR responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment across various roles and departments
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups
Onboarding & Documentation
Manage complete onboarding process including offer rollout, joining formalities, and orientation
Ensure accurate employee documentation and verification
Maintain updated employee master data and personnel files
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave data, and employee information systems
Assist in payroll inputs, salary data validation, and coordination with accounts/payroll team
Handle employee lifecycle processes: joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and events
Maintain a professional, approachable, and solution-oriented HR presence
Compliance & Policies
Support implementation of HR policies, rules, and workplace discipline
Assist with basic statutory compliance coordination (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable)
Ensure confidentiality of HR data and adherence to ethical HR practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of
hands-on experience in HR operations / HR generalist role
Practical knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee coordination
Strong understanding of HR processes across multiple HR functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Professional attitude, presentable personality, and high integrity
