Position: HR Generalist
Experience: 4-5 years (
Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment & onboarding: source, screen, interview coordination, offer letters, joining formalities & induction.
Manage employee attendance, shift scheduling / deployment (especially for site-based staff), tracking, logistics coordination.
Administer compensation & benefits; support payroll or liaise with payroll vendor; manage benefits, allowances, statutory compliance.
Handle employee separations: exit formalities, exit interviews, documentation, final settlements, exit/attrition analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws, company policies, site safety/compliance requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR databases / HRIS, documentation, record-keeping.
Act as the link between operations/site teams and management -- handle employee queries, grievances, clarifications, employee relations.
Support periodic audits, compliance reviews, policy implementation, improve HR processes & documentation.
Criteria / Preferred Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation & organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance requirements.
Ability/willingness to coordinate with on-site operations.
Confidentiality, integrity, professionalism.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
